No Return Policy
Dhaka Bricks provides heavy industrial construction materials. Due to the nature of the product, high logistics costs, and the risk of damage during repeated handling, we maintain a strict No-Return and No-Refund policy once the bricks have been delivered and accepted at the site.
All sales are final after unloading starts.
By placing an order with Dhaka Bricks, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
Mandatory Quality Inspection

Pre-Unloading Check
Customers MUST inspect the quality, grade, and color of the bricks while they are still on the delivery vehicle.

Rejection Rights
If the bricks do not meet the agreed specifications, the customer has the right to reject the batch BEFORE it is unloaded. Once unloaded, the delivery is considered accepted.
Exceptions
In extremely rare cases of manufacturing defects that were not visible during unloading, Dhaka Bricks management may, at its sole discretion, offer a partial replacement. However, no monetary refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
