Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Dhaka Bricks website (dhakabricks.shop) or placing an order for our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Products and Pricing

• All prices displayed on our website are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Prices are quoted per 1000 pieces unless otherwise specified. VAT and delivery charges are not included unless stated.
• Bulk order pricing is available for orders exceeding 100,000 pieces. Contact us for a custom quotation.
• Product images are representative. Actual brick color and texture may vary slightly due to natural firing variations.

Orders and Payment

• Orders are confirmed upon receipt of an advance payment or a signed purchase agreement, as agreed by both parties.
• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, mobile banking (bKash/Nagad), and cash on pickup.
• Dhaka Bricks reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if the product is unavailable or pricing errors occur.

Delivery and Logistics

• Standard delivery lead time is 3–5 working days from order confirmation. During peak season, allow up to 10 working days.
• Delivery charges vary by location and order size and will be communicated before order confirmation.
• Dhaka Bricks is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, road conditions, or government restrictions.
• The buyer is responsible for ensuring site access is available and suitable for delivery vehicles.

Quality and Returns

• All bricks are sourced under strict quality control and tested for compressive strength and water absorption.
• Claims for damaged or substandard bricks must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photographic evidence.
• Returns are accepted only for defective batches confirmed by our quality team. Replacement will be provided at no extra cost.

Limitation of Liability

Dhaka Bricks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected order.
